You should bring him over when you come then! I wonder if they can evolve, but I don’t really want mine to battle. It’s not like we have Pokémon Centers here.

Some did. Some used other methods. I don’t remember how it works for Togepi. He follows me all around the burrow like a baby bird. The only other pet I ever had before this was a goldfish I won at a festival when I was little. It’s definitely different. He’s smart enough to actually understand a lot of the things I say.
